What can I say about me? Well I love God and I love music! Pretty cool huh?
I didn't grow up wanting to sing but when I got to college all of THAT changed! I was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario Canada and moved to Atlanta, Georgia when I was 14 years old.
I originally wanted to be a medical doctor, but that plan quickly changed and found out that wasn't for me. Once I switched majors (the first time) as many college students do, I began looking for ways to get into music. I was attending Georgia State University at the time, and auditioned TWICE over the course of an ENTIRE YEAR to get into their School Of Music, but I was not successful.
The following year, I transferred to Atlanta Christian College (formely known as ACC but now Point University), and majored in Worship & Music Ministry with a minor in Biblical Studies. I wanted to learn all things music, and the professors their helped me soak it all in. I also attended my local church Vigor Youth Ministries, Interntional and a year prior to attending ACC, I auditioned for the praise team and my church. I started leading worship there while I continued my undergraduate studies. Upon graduating, I went on to grad school at Liberty University where I received a Masters of Arts Degree in Worship Studies: Leadership in 2012. That same year, I was ordained as a minister. I then continued on at Liberty, receiving my second Masters in Music & Worship.
I now am the praise and worship leader at two churches: Oasis International Worship Center in Stone Mountain, Georgia VC3 in Loganville, GA.
